These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our beauty salon. By booking appointments, receiving services, or using our facilities, you expressly agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking and consultation processes. You are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect treatment outcomes. Clients must arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
You agree to treat our staff and premises with respect, follow all safety guidelines, and refrain from disruptive behavior. Any damage to salon property will result in repair or replacement charges. Clients must be at least 16 years old for certain services or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or health conditions that may compromise safety. Service availability is subject to staff scheduling and equipment functionality.
Treatment results may vary based on individual skin type, hair texture, and personal care routines. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and cannot be held responsible for unrealistic expectations. Some services may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
All content, including but not limited to salon techniques, treatment protocols, promotional materials, logos, and proprietary methods, remain the exclusive intellectual property of our beauty salon. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any proprietary information obtained during service provision.
Photography or recording of treatments, staff, or salon premises requires explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of services.
Our salon's liability is strictly limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for adverse reactions, allergic responses, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and safety during treatments.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage but disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Client information is collected solely for service provision and business operations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Information may be shared with trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements.
Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods but reserve the right to refuse certain forms of payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur charges equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances and at management discretion.
Any disputes arising from these terms or service provision shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with established commercial arbitration rules.
These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Clients are encouraged to review terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
